Complaints regarding the nursing practice of regulated members of the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta must be made in writing, signed and dated, to the attention of the Complaints Director, Sharlene Standing.

Complaints are processed as per Part 4 of the Health Professions Act.

Anonymous complaints are not accepted.
