Want to take charge of your career and plan your future with confidence and purpose?

Coming this April, the Career Directions© Workshop, facilitated by Mary Wheeler RN, MEd, PCC, will guide you through a hands-on process to:

  • review your career to date
  • learn strategies to assist in making future career decisions
  • develop a career plan

Developed by donnerwheeler, Career Directions© is a proven framework specific to supporting nursing and other health care professional’s careers. The five-phase Donner-Wheeler Career Planning and Development Model forms the foundation for Career Directions. This model provides a process to move from recognizing career possibilities to taking action. The model is a focused on professional development and is designed for LPNs to take greater ownership of their career and to prepare for an ever-changing workplace environments.

Lunch and a participant workbook is included. We expect this workshop to fill quickly, so please register early.

Career Directions© is part of CLPNA’s professional development strategy on our Career Infusion Portal. This workshop may be used on an LPN’s annual Learning Plan for the Continuing Competency Program.
