Navigate your nursing career course through Mentorship Program

“Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction.” – John Crosby

Have a career by design… and not by drift. Mentorship is a powerful way to help individuals realize their career goals, provide encouragement, and develop professionally and personally.

We invite all LPNs to consider becoming a Mentor or Mentee.

The Mentorship Program provides an opportunity for LPNs to build professional networks and gain knowledge on how to better support their career goals. The program will assist the Mentee to acquire the skills needed to begin or advance on a career path, or pursue professional development opportunities.

Mentorship Program

Becoming involved is easy. Mentors and Mentees apply, create a profile, and then search the database for Mentors/Mentees who they feel could be a match.

CLPNA launched the Mentorship Program at the 2016 AGM and Conference in April. It’s an extension of the Career Directions© program that began in 2015, and available with a variety of resources on CLPNA’s Career Infusion Portal.

  1. I would like to mentor others towards achieving their goals. Experience have told me that fear is a big problem in our daily lives that can affect our progress. We all have a potential and we can achieve anything.
