LPNs asked to update Contact & Employment Info with CLPNA

Six months after annual registration renewal and three months into the COVID-19 pandemic, what’s changed in the lives of Alberta’s Licensed Practical Nurses? Employer or employment status? Moved? Taken additional education?

According to the Health Professions Act, LPN Professional Regulation, s33(1), it is every LPN’s responsibility to ensure the CLPNA has their current:

  • Employer/Organization Name
  • Employment Status (FT, PT, casual)
  • Mailing Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Approved Education for Advanced Authorizations

LPNs are asked to update the above by logging into their member profile:

(Your practice hours can be updated on your registration renewal application in October.)
