Alberta Licensed Practical Nurses, it is time to update your CLPNA Member Profile. Has your employer or employment status changed? Have you moved or changed your contact information? Taken additional education?
According to the Health Professions Act, LPN Professional Regulation, s33(1), it is every LPN’s responsibility to ensure that the CLPNA has their current:
- Employer/Organization Name
- Employment Status (FT, PT, Casual)
- Mailing Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Approved Education for Advanced Authorizations
(Your practice hours can be updated on your registration renewal application in October.)
LPNs are asked to update the above by logging into their member profile:
