Reporting to the Executive Officer, the Director of Performance Measurement and Research is the lead responsible for creating and establishing the CLPNA’s system for performance metrics and measurement across the organization. A leader in the organization, the Director is also responsible for heading the strategic direction for regulatory research and assessments, in order to ensure the CLPNA is responsive and aligned with regulatory best practice.
The successful candidate is a strategic thinker who has the conceptual and analytical skills to interpret, analyze, consolidate, and determine actions from diverse and complex information. Considering long-term goals to assess options and implications, they have a proven ability to foster positive collaboration with stakeholders, senior management, and external agencies including public agencies, government boards, committees, and other partners.
