LPNs: Update CLPNA Profile

Alberta Licensed Practical Nurses, it is time to update your CLPNA Profile. Have you moved or changed any of your contact information? Have you taken additional education? Has your employment status or employer changed?

According to the Health Professions Act, LPN Professional Regulation, s33(1), it is every LPN’s responsibility to ensure that the CLPNA has their current:

  • Mailing Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Employer/Organization Name
  • Employment Status (FT, PT, Casual)
  • Approved Education for Advanced Authorizations

(Practice hours can be updated during the registration renewal application in October.)
