THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Professional Conduct/Complaints Director, the Complaints Officer works with a team of professionals who are responsible for managing and resolving multiple formal complaints received by the CLPNA regarding a registrant conduct member’s conduct. The Conduct team contributes to ensuring public safety by ensuring procedural fairness is upheld and that due process is followed under the framework set out in the HPA, CLPNA Regulations and Bylaws, Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics, and any other relevant legislation.
