Education Standards Advisory Committee (ESAC) Recruitment

The Council of the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA) is mandated by legislation to approve new Practical Nurse (PN) diploma, refresher, and advanced practice education programs in Alberta. The Education Standards Advisory Committee (ESAC) has been established to facilitate this process.

In support of an efficient evaluation process, the CLPNA leads the coordination and completes reviews of new PN diploma, refresher, and advanced practice education programs, forwarding reports to ESAC for the Committee’s recommendation(s) to Council. There are current vacancies for ESAC in the following roles:

  • one (1) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
