The Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) plan is a pre-payment option that allows registrants to pre-pay registration fees for an Active practice permit using automatic withdrawal from their bank account.

When the plan is active, PAD subscribers will be able sign up to pay in advance for registration fee in ten monthly withdrawals.
