LPNs: Update Your Member Profile
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are required to ensure that their member profile on MyCLPNA remains current. This includes updating any changes to personal, professional, and educational information.
LPNs are responsible for maintaining an accurate profile with the CLPNA including the following details:
- Full Legal Name
- Mailing Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Employer/Organization Name
- Employment Status (FT, PT, Casual)
- Approved Education for Advanced Authorizations
To update your information, please log into your MyCLPNA account.
Note: Practice hours can be reported during registration renewal in September.
