Survey Opportunity: LPNs Who Previously Worked as HCAs
A research study, conducted in collaboration with Health Canada, is looking for LPNs who previously worked as HCAs to participate in a survey. If you previously worked as an HCA in long-term care, home care, or cared for older adults in private home care, you’re invited to share the work you performed as an HCA and the challenges that you experienced in that role. The research aims to improve education, workplace safety, and enrich the lives of clients and residents.
