Once you have a vision and plan you need to find ways to integrate them into your day to day activities. Sustaining includes various strategies to help you with that, including family, friends, coaches, or mentors.
Career planning is an ongoing process which you’ll probably revisit a number of times in your life. As you grow and evolve, your roles change and you move forward. You’ll find yourself reassessing, redirecting, or refining your career path.
