Overview

A vital aspect of providing quality client care is feeling valued and respected in the workplace. Respectful environments where healthcare providers are able to collaborate directly correlate with more positive patient outcomes. • The difference between bullying and disruptive behaviour
  • How to stop attributing bullying behaviour as a personality trait
  • Avoiding confrontation and approaching bullies from a place of compassion
  • Gauging the situation: waiting until tempers cool to address the issue
