Maydie Noel Appointed to CLPNA Council

The College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA) is pleased to welcome Maydie Noel as the newest regulated member of our Council. With over 12 years of acute care experience as a full-time LPN, Maydie is passionate about patient safety and helping enact positive change in her profession.

She is a strong leader who continually seeks to collaborate with healthcare professionals, bringing new ideas and solutions to the table. Maydie has helped design and implement patient-centered initiatives that have reduced medical errors and improved patient care. She also acts as a preceptor at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, teaching new grads and staff members.

Maydie believes in promoting lasting change for the public she serves, volunteering on quality control councils, focus groups, committees, and boards. She is dedicated to improving patient care and ensures that her patients’ needs and concerns are always heard.

We look forward to working with Maydie as she brings her expertise to the Council.
