Webinar 4:  Creating your Career Vision

January 10, 2017 – 10:00am-11:00pm (MST)

Have you ever considered the following questions: What do I really want to do? What is my ideal vision for my work? Vision is another word for a dream, an image of potentiality. Those who have a career vision talk in terms of what is possible. Creating your vision for your career as an LPN is a pivotal point upon which the next two phases of the model, planning and marketing, depend.

Webinar 5:  Developing your Strategic Career Plan

February 7, 2017 – 1:00-2:00pm (MST)

Every career vision requires goals to accomplish or your vision will remain forever a dream. A goal is the purpose or objective towards which an endeavour is directed. What are your short and long-term career goals? You can have more than one; multiple goals will broaden your options. Developing your strategic career plan consists of the identification of goals, action steps, resources, timelines and evaluation of success. A realistic plan will move you towards achieving your career vision.
