CLPNA Bylaw Amendments

The Council of the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA) approved changes to the Bylaws in March 2019.

A number of bylaw amendments are to meet the requirements of Bill 21 An Act to Protect Patients. Specifically, Bill 21 requires that college bylaws list specific types of information that may be published on the CLPNA website.

Other changes were made to better reflect current registration practices and policies.

All CLPNA members are encouraged to review the revised bylaws.
